Whether it be the bands’ original compositions or varied cover songs, fans keep coming back for the energy and surprises throughout the sets. NYMBIS never performs the same setlist twice and enjoys returning to venues with completely different ideas, songs, and themes to enjoy a shared experience with the crowd.
So what is NYMBIS? In short, it is a genus of moths of the family Noctuidae. Like the moth, the band is drawn to numerous luminary influences for its sound and original tunes, encompassing everything from sea shanties, jazz, grunge rock, and everything in between.
School Bus Yellow is a five piece original psychedelic rock jam band originating from upstate New York. Since New Year's Eve 2004, the band has been touring all over the Northeast. Establishing a new fan base in each city they roll into making the band known by regional promoters and venues as one of the heaviest touring and hardest working bands in the region back in the day.
Exposure has gotten SBY noticed by Relix magazine - College Radio stations and the 2005 jammy's program. SBY has played 500+ shows and Festivals at 50+ venues in 6 States across the Northeast over the years. This exposure gaining themselves a strong regional fan base. Opening for Rusted Root, Max Creek , Donna The Buffalo, The Wailers, Third World, Bernie Worrell and the Woo Warriors, Umphrey's McGee, Soulive, Perpetual Groove, The Breakfast, Brothers Past , Addison Groove Project, Strangefolk , RAQ , ULU, Seth Yacovone, John Browns Body, Jennifer Hartswick Band to name a few.

Founded in 2008, Road to Galway offers audiences the opportunity to experience lively interpretations of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century traditional Celtic instrumental tunes, performed on traditional and modern instruments. Drawing on the beloved custom of Irish pub sessions, intricate arrangements of jigs, airs, reels, and hornpipes are all delivered with a freshness akin to improvisational jazz.
